We found it! We went out on a Saturday afternoon to look at motorhomes, just dreaming about our retirement days. We walked through the latest and greatest and most expensive ones...as I said just dreaming. When the salesman asked what it would take to get us into one today, I said, "we'd have to find one a few years old, used by an older couple who took immaculate care of it." So we left the sales lot to find a place for lunch. As we drove from the restaurant toward home, there was our motorhome parked in a parking lot on Clearwater with a For Sale sign in the window. The owners, a couple who owned a farm in Pasco were moving up to a bigger one, and were selling their beloved Tradewinds. It was a 98 model with 30,000 miles on it and in immaculate condition. The price was right so we made an offer.
